The Holidays are coming

As I sit in front of my computer and write this post it is 5:00 pm on Halloween night.
So much going on tonight...
1. The Yankees and Phillies play the 3rd game of the World Series
2. The Eve of the NY Marathon
3. The Eve of a dear friends Birthday (Happy Birthday EI)
4. The clocks get set back tonight (fall back spring ahead, always have to say it)
5. It's trick or treating time ( still remember those nights of crispy weather, crunching through the leaves of neighbors yards, anticipating what each person would drop into your bag and the
excitement of the dumping and sorting of candy. I can still taste my Mom's Halloween Stew
made each year and set to simmer as we walked the neighborhood. Oh and Mrs. Comptons Caramel Apples and Mrs. Thetfords Popcorn Balls. The good ole days)
6. The Eve of the do over of Mulberry Market

That's right my friends....you know what comes next. We all growl about it but I am always happy to open the storage closet and wake up the trees and garlands. Open all of the new bolts of ribbons and trims and festoon the store for the holidays.

We have so many new goodies for you to see, so many creative gift ideas, we are EXCITED!!

Watch for details about our Mulberry Holiday Open House on November 12-15. Lots of surprises in store!

Off I go to fluff a tree...and make a bow..and oh I have so much to do!!! But maybe first a caramel apple!!!
